"Spot Specific Topical Application" Massage a small amount onto areas of soreness 2 to 4 times a day for temporary relief of minor aches and pain associated with sore muscles, joints, strains, bruises, and sprains. 

Using the roller, massage into sore achy muscles and joints. If using for chronic pain such as arthritis, daily use is suggested and can take up to a week or two before you start seeing results.

Recommended for all over as needed. 

To avoid contamination, please wash your hands thoroughly before each use, do not share roller, and keep the lid closed tightly when not in use.

Not for internal use. Do not use on open cuts or wounds. Not for use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid use around the face and other mucosal membranes because it will burn. Take extra care to wash your hands thoroughly after use if you massage the area after applying the roller. Do not apply this roller on the face. It will cause burning and irritation to the skin and eyes.
